Amy Samson

Amy Samson has a Masters in Professional Communication (Public Relations), a project management company Amy Rebecca and undertakes project management for Coutts J&R (operates a web based project-specific management system) as well as providing M&E support - particularly in relation to communication, managing and analysing surveys.  Where relevant Amy also provides public relations and media expertise to projects. Amy recently worked in London, UK as a manager in a media evaluation company that focused on evaluating public relations strategies and media relations. She has also undertaken training in the 'Most Significant Change' evaluation approach.

Robyn Coutts

Robyn is the other Director of Coutts J&R.  She is a trained teacher and has experience in gender analysis and English as a second language.  Robyn was the gender advisor for the ACIAR Papua New Guinea Scientific Communication Project and has in that capacity undertaken a number of studies and reports relating to the involvement of women in education in PNG.

Ben Coutts

With a Bachelor in Multi-media studies and extensive experience in web design and data management, Ben provides analytical and technical support for Coutts J&R and its projects.  This includes managing web surveys and data sets.

Jocie Ferron

Jocie is a trained health professional with skills in qualitative data analysis and social research.  Her other skills are in the account-keeping side of the company.

Pat Ferron

Pat is a trained accountant who provides the support to develop benefit/cost analyses for projects and programs with who we are working.  This includes a 'what-if' and sensitivity analysis with supporting graphs to rapidly look at alternative scenarios and their potential impact on the bottom line.
